Job Summary
Join our Just One Call Team as an Account Administrator responsible for handling telephone and email orders from engineers and customers, taking orders accurately and promptly, troubleshooting to meet customer expectations, identifying required parts from engineer information and sourcing from competitive suppliers, updating the database with clear notes, raising quotations from preferred suppliers at competitive prices, and assisting with pricing, part numbering and sourcing to fulfil customer orders. The role includes participating in the Out of Hours Standby Service roster. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent telephone manner, the ability to build rapport with customers, and the ability to prioritise work to manage multiple contracts. Location-based role in Bristol, UK with a strong emphasis on customer service and coordination between engineers and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-focused or call centre environment
- Good standard of education including maths and English
