Contribute to the personalized life projects of housed individuals within a multidisciplinary team by animating and organizing their daily lives. Accompany users in all daily living activities, collaborate with families, and foster socialization, autonomy, and integration. Implement educational tools to stimulate communication and openness to the outside world while establishing a secure relationship to prevent isolation. Practice personal hygiene care and alert supervisors regarding signs of difficulty or distress. Work in an on-call rotation at Adapei 45, supporting the construction of life paths through convivial moments.
