Job Summary
Accompany residents in daily life activities and serve as the primary reference for their personalized care plans. Develop autonomy and foster social integration by managing interactions between residents and supporting their projects. Prevent all types of risks by ensuring the physical and moral safety of the population. Participate in social animation and contribute to the daily life of the community at Residence Les Volcans.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire du diplôme d'Aide médico-psychologique
- Une première expérience auprès des personnes âgées
- L'esprit CORE (COhésion, Respect, Engagement)
