Accommodations Property Officer (Internal)

Accommodations Property Officer to lead all gas safety, statutory checks, and compliance for Council-owned Temporary Accommodation; manage repairs coordination, maintain compliance records, and provide guidance on damp, mould, leaks, and hazards within vulnerable households while working in a hybrid arrangement across office, home, and remote environments. Demonstrates strong organisation, stakeholder collaboration with tenants, contractors, and in-house teams, and a proactive approach to safety legislation and asset management. A full UK driving licence is required.
