Job Summary
Senior-level Accommodation Village Manager to lead the 80-room village operations in Wadeye. Responsibilities include overseeing guest check-ins, room allocations, housekeeping standards, budgeting, stock control, minor maintenance, and site presentation; supervise staff, coordinate with contractors and community stakeholders; ensure safety, compliance with WHS, and maintain accurate records. Requires hands-on, practical problem-solving in a remote Indigenous community, with capability to manage administration alongside operations, and to coordinate maintenance tasks (including basic troubleshooting of air conditioning and TV systems) and procurement for cleaning products and village supplies.
Required Qualifications
