Job Summary
Oversee safety culture and daily operations for Target Hospitality with focus on policy implementation, financial planning and forecasting, and workforce utilization. Lead workforce development, accountability, and customer service excellence; manage manager reports, purchasing, receiving, and inventory; ensure OSHA compliance and alignment with employment laws; develop and maintain positive communication with staff and customers; participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures; travel and long rotation work patterns required; prior 5+ years of management experience; strong leadership and communication skills; background check, urine analysis, and valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- A team player who can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations within the past three years
- Must be able to pass a background check and urine analysis
- Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
- Must be able to read small text such as product warning labels
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
