Job Summary
Cleaner responsible for cleaning holiday homes to Parkdean Resorts' high-quality brand standards; manages own workload to complete the required number of cleans within allocated time; uses company chemicals safely under COSHH guidelines; prioritizes guest satisfaction and builds positive guest relationships; proactively uses feedback to improve quality and efficiency; reports faults or repairs to the Accommodation Supervisor; must be able to access accommodations and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods); flexible to work varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays; works at a fast pace while following complex plans of work; role includes DBS background checks where appropriate; seasonal, hourly-paid position at UK parks.
Required Qualifications
- Access to accommodation for hands-on cleaning services
