Clean holiday homes to our high-quality brand standards, manage your workload to deliver the required number of cleans, use company-supplied chemicals safely within COSHH guidelines, build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption, proactively use feedback to improve quality and efficiency, and report faults or issues promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor. Requires physical work (lifting, bending, standing), ability to work varied days including weekends/evenings/bank holidays, fast-paced communication and task execution, and a positive, friendly manner.
