Cleaner at Parkdean Resorts responsible for hands-on cleaning of holiday homes to high-brand standards. Responsibilities include cleaning to ensure spaces are safe, spotless, and well-presented; managing workload to complete the required number of cleans within allocated time; using company-provided chemicals safely under COSHH guidelines; building positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption; using feedback to improve quality and efficiency; reporting faults to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly. The role requires the ability to access and physically perform cleaning tasks, flexibility to work varied days (including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays), and the ability to work at a fast pace with clear communication and task planning.
