Job Summary
As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will support the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation for holiday homes. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, cleaning units to brand standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and training and developing your team. You must possess supervisory experience, a full UK driving license, and be prepared to work flexible hours including weekends. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
