Accommodation - Accommodation Supervisor - HK1

Oversee hands-on cleaning and maintenance of holiday homes to deliver exceptionally clean, safe, and well-maintained guest accommodations; conduct regular inspections, guide a cleaning team through daily tasks, manage stock of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, and ensure actions are taken to address any quality or safety issues. Build positive guest relations, train and develop new team members, provide performance feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety COSHH policies. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality operation, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, while aligning with Parkdean Resorts’ service standards and culture.
