Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services and React frontends using FastAPI, Django, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit. Implement asynchronous workloads with Celery, optimize MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines, and manage Redis caching strategies. Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using Terraform, EC2, ECS, and Lambda while enforcing security best practices and least-privilege IAM policies. Own end-to-end feature delivery from schema design through API integration, testing, and CI/CD automation with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and produce technical documentation including API contracts and architecture decision records. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, secure full-stack solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full stack development experience
- demonstrable hands-on expertise across Python backend, React frontend, MongoDB, AWS, and Terraform in production environments
- Strong Python proficiency — FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- proven REST API development, async programming, and clean architecture experience
- Solid React.js and TypeScript skills
- Hooks, state management (Redux / React Query), API integration, and component architecture in large-scale production applications
- Deep MongoDB expertise — document schema design, aggregation pipelines, Atlas management, indexing, and query performance optimisation
- Strong AWS experience — EC2, ECS / EKS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, IAM, API Gateway, and CloudWatch

- Proven Terraform skills — modular IaC design, remote state management, AWS resource provisioning, and CI/CD integration
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / EKS for containerised full stack application deployment

- Experience with GraphQL API development — Strawberry / Ariadne (Python) and Apollo Client (React)

- Knowledge of GenAI / LLM integration — LangChain, LlamaIndex
