Job Summary
Customer Service Associate needed to assist customers, handle sales transactions at a assigned register, stock and stock-replenish merchandise, unload trucks, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment. Responsibilities include helping customers with questions and recommendations, protecting cash and company assets, stocking and restocking areas, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, frequent walking/standing, strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Part-time role based at 398 W Goldfield Avenue, Yerington, NV, with duties in-store and at the register; equal opportunity employer; ADA accommodations available; at-will employment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
