Job Summary
Install OEM and aftermarket vehicle accessories with precision, including running boards, brush guards, grille guards, trailer hitches, tonneau covers, and lighting upgrades. Perform spray-in bed liner applications, undercoating services, and basic wiring for accessory equipment while reading manufacturer specifications. Inspect completed installations to verify quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high workmanship standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition while communicating job status and material needs with management. Assist with light vehicle maintenance as workload requires.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work confidently with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn spray-in bed liners, undercoating, and a wide variety of aftermarket accessory installations
- Ability to follow detailed installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive accessory installation experience preferred but not required
- Experience with truck accessories, trailer hitches, lighting, or basic automotive electrical work is a plus
