Assist with selection of accessories, present protection products, and manage overall guest experience by providing clear, transparent options for informed decisions. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every guest has an unparalleled experience. Demonstrate consultative sales experience in a retail environment while maintaining an outgoing, energetic, and passionate approach. Take ownership of your work, celebrate small successes, and be willing to learn within a fast-paced, fun environment. Annual pay ranges from $60K to $120K depending on sales, including a monthly draw and unlimited commission based on closed sales.
