Job Summary
Define the execution strategy for accessory modules on each H-class project and lead monthly scrum meetings to drive delivery consistency and meet RTS commitments. Maintain clean standards and GBOM designs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce standard parts, challenge deviations, and resolve upstream delivery issues. Manage both configure-to-order and engineer-to-order delivery processes, removing barriers in real-time and installing permanent countermeasures to reduce drawing backlogs to zero. Lead cost evaluation initiatives and engage with suppliers to ensure design review execution. Requires B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical with 8–10 years of experience in steam or gas turbine accessories.
Required Qualifications
- B. Tech/B. E/M.tech in Mechanical
- excellent academic record
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of total experience
- hands on experience on Steam or Gas Turbine product/accessories related engineering discipline
