Job Summary

The Accessory Installer will drive vehicles into the Production Shop and perform accessory installations. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles, installing accessories as per manufacturer’s instructions, and ensuring quality control. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of automotive training or mechanical experience, a valid US Driver’s License, and the ability to obtain a TWIC Badge. Excellent communication skills and personal tool ownership are preferred. The position involves physical work and adherence to safety practices.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year of continuous work experience with no more than 2 employers
  • 6+ months of automotive technical training or mechanical experience
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
  • Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Installation experience in a port processing environment
  • Must have own tools and willingness to maintain the tools necessary to complete daily tasks
