Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and build genuine relationships to foster customer loyalty and a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
