Job Summary
Coordinate with branch team members to oversee Access installation projects, develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local medical personnel, and complete proper home evaluations to ensure appropriate equipment recommendations. Ensure home evaluations and orders are entered timely with all customer intake information documented and forwarded to branch administration. Assist in work order completion by researching components, calculating prices, preparing quotes for customers and insurers, and providing follow-up to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide customer education on equipment use, safety, and financial considerations while obtaining necessary documentation and signatures. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and clinical skills, adhere to company policies including infection control, and support quarterly physical inventory counts.
