Verify insurance eligibility, validate coverage, and communicate out-of-network status to clinical staff. Support patient safety by authenticating identities and completing demographic screens. Handle ED calls, coordinate transfers, and manage discharge dispositions. Maintain patient privacy and adapt to stressful situations using AIDET and service recovery protocols.
