Job Summary
Coordinate with branch teams to oversee Access installation projects and complete home evaluations to recommend appropriate equipment. Develop new referral sources and customers by presenting professionally to local medical personnel, while ensuring all client intake information is documented and forwarded to administration. Assist in work orders by researching components, calculating prices, and preparing quotes for customers, referral sources, and insurance companies. Ensure proper and timely delivery of equipment, provide customer education on usage and safety, and obtain necessary documentation and signatures. Maintain knowledge of products and adhere to company policies, including infection control and equipment management procedures. Support quarterly physical inventory counts and follow up on work orders to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of outside sales or direct to consumer sales experience
- Must maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
