Job Summary
Conduct intake evaluations and initiate buprenorphine-based medication for addiction treatment (MAT) via telemedicine across multiple markets. Deliver intensive care support during the first four weeks of recovery while collaborating with counselors to transition patients into ongoing treatment. Provide clinical coverage across provider teams and contribute to new care model innovations and service line development. Work within a multidisciplinary team focused on member engagement and long-term recovery outcomes rather than visit volume. Practice at the top of your license in a rapidly growing organization committed to addressing the opioid crisis.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license
- Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine
- Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine
- Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
- Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Full time employment
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Occasional weekend or holiday rotations
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience treating OUD with buprenorphine
