Access Provider - Remote (WV)

Conduct intake evaluations and initiate buprenorphine-based medication for addiction treatment (MAT) via telemedicine across multiple markets. Deliver intensive care support during the first four weeks of recovery while collaborating with counselors to transition patients into ongoing treatment. Provide clinical coverage across provider teams and contribute to new care model innovations and service line development. Work within a multidisciplinary team focused on member engagement and long-term recovery outcomes rather than visit volume.
