Access Provider - Remote (KY)

Job Summary
Conduct intake evaluations and initiate medication for addiction treatment (MAT), primarily buprenorphine-based, via telemedicine across multiple markets. Deliver intensive care support to patients during weeks 1–4 to ensure safe treatment initiation, then collaborate with counselors and medical leadership to transition individuals into ongoing care. Provide clinical coverage and support across provider teams as needed while contributing to new care model innovations and service line development. Practice at the top of your license within a multidisciplinary team focused on member engagement and long-term recovery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license
- Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine
- Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine
- Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
- Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Full time, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or holiday rotations
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience treating OUD with buprenorphine
