Job Summary
Access Management Analyst I responsible for end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures, data maintenance, and basic user support related to access fulfillment. Works with Service Desk and end users; requires knowledge of Active Directory, email, and Microsoft productivity tools, with exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning. Requires an Associate's degree in a computing-related field, business, or related discipline, and ability to follow defined processes, communicate in writing, and operate under supervision. Provides first-level support using documentation and standard ticketing systems and maintains confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required
- Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
- Strong written communication skills
- Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and Microsoft productivity applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms
- Experience providing first level support for user issues utilizing documentation and ticketing systems
