Access Digital Health Ambassador - Revenue Cycle

Job Summary
Educate and assist patients in using digital health tools (kiosks, tablets, MyChart, online portals, telehealth) to manage health data, promote digital tools through in-person kiosks and other channels, report and track issues with digital health technologies, gather user feedback, and advocate for accessible digital health products. Serve as subject-matter expert on digital access technologies (patient portals, eForms, telehealth, remote engagement) and support EHR-integrated workflows, testing, validation, and deployment of new digital solutions. Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle teams on system configuration, user access, UAT, and workflow optimization; perform root-cause analyses for digital access barriers; participate in special projects and adapt to fluctuating workloads in a general office environment. Required education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred Bachelor’s degree; two years of direct patient registration experience and strong communication, digital literacy, and healthcare IT knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of direct patient registration experience
- Knowledge of digital health concepts (telehealth, patient portals, eForms, kiosk platforms)
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and guide users through online processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Empathy and patience for individuals with low digital confidence
