Access Coordinator - Part-time - Remote for residents of Greater Louisville area

Part-time Access Coordinator (Remote for residents of the Greater Louisville area) provides phone screening, determines client eligibility for services, informs on sliding scale options, collects demographic and clinical information, and records accurately in the electronic health record. Duties include triage and intervention to route to CIC/Crisis team or other programs, ensuring compliant, collaborative service delivery, maintaining documentation, and participating in trainings. Requires high school diploma/GED with preferred bachelor’s in psychology or related field; experience in health-care customer service or call center; proficient with CRM, Microsoft 365/Teams, and EHR systems; ability to handle high-volume inquiries; and remote work readiness with occasional onsite requirements. Ensures adherence to organizational standards and supports crisis referral processes and interdepartmental collaboration.
