Job Summary
Conduct technical inspections of individuals and vehicles seeking site access to prevent prohibited items from entering the construction site and block unauthorized personnel. Write shift logs documenting all actions taken and perform Access Control Officer responsibilities including verifying credentials and monitoring entry points. Maintain fluency in English for communication and report writing while operating independently in a detail-oriented environment. Work outdoors in inclement conditions and stand or walk for extended periods. Requires US citizenship, DCJS registration, and a comprehensive background check.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain DCJS registration
- Must pass comprehensive background check
- Must be fluent in English (read and write)
- Must have a working knowledge of construction safety
- Must be able and willing to work outdoors in inclement conditions
- Must have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work independently in a detail oriented environment
