Job Summary
Create and issue badges for new employees, visitors, and authorized personnel, while reissuing credentials to current staff as needed. Maintain daily accountability for all identification cards, badges, and passes by updating computer systems and paper logs to track issued, stored, or destroyed items. Conduct routine inventories of controlled credentials per Army Regulation 190-13. Manage specialized security software to grant access levels, troubleshoot badge issues, and program keys and fobs for new employees and visitors. Assist the key control officer by inventorying Institute keys and maintaining logs in accordance with Army Regulation 190-51. Maintain and issue furniture keys for USAMRICD. This role requires a SECRET security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and seven years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- SECRET security clearance
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- U.S. citizen
- Comfortable leaving one's mobile device at home or in the car
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
