Job Summary
Access Control Specialist (ACS) with Secret clearance stationed in Annapolis Junction, MD, responsible for controlling and monitoring access to secure construction areas, inspecting personnel and materials per CSP and Post Orders, conducting interior and exterior patrols, documenting activities, identifying security incidents, and coordinating with CSTs for delivery inspections. Must ensure only authorized personnel, materials, tools, and vehicles access secured sites; perform inspections, adhere to CSP, SOW, and Guard Orders; preferred familiarity with CSP, incident reporting, and patrol tracking systems. Standard schedule with 48 hours per week across 4–5 days; compensation at $27.00 per hour. Citizenship: U.S. Citizen; minimum age 21; active Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in access control or security for classified facilities or construction sites
- Ability to control access points and screen personnel and materials
- Ability to conduct walking patrols and maintain security presence
- Ability to complete security documentation and reports
- Ability to conduct extended walking patrols
