Job Summary
Monitor and report all activity at assigned locations by conducting foot, vehicular, golf cart, and bicycle patrols of interior and exterior areas. Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or emergency situations while enforcing post orders, site rules, and regulations. Respond to incidents in conformity with company policies, ensuring appropriate action is taken, reports are completed, and parties are notified. Write detailed, accurate incident reports documenting unusual activities and resolutions, and contact site supervision or field management as directed. Maintain acceptable attendance, adhere to grooming and customer service standards, and participate in required orientation and training programs. This full-time day shift role reports to D.J. Caldwell at St. Moritz Security Services, Inc.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Current active status of all necessary registrations/licenses/permits required by the jurisdiction
- Ability to provide reliable transportation (or access public transportation) to consistently get to and from work on time
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully interact at all levels within the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player
- FL D License
