Job Summary
Access Control Officer (Part Time Night) responsible for worker registration and badging, ensuring proper credentials, parking, visitors, and deliveries documentation, and providing support across access-control functions to maximize safety and customer experience. Role requires in-person work at Sitemetric job sites in the local area with occasional US travel; strong emphasis on security compliance, detailed documentation, and proactive, professional service. Must be tech-literate, able to follow SOPs, and communicate effectively in English. Key duties include monitoring access control, badge scanning, headcount accuracy, parking pass management, visitor and delivery logs, and ad-hoc access-control support across customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to pass drug screen, background check
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues
- Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Tech forward
- Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
- Proficient communication in spoken and written English
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges
- Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team
