Job Summary
Access Control Officer responsible for worker registration and badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and ensuring site security across multiple Sitemetric jobsites. Role requires in-person work at U.S. sites with potential travel across the United States. Key duties include monitoring access control, badge scanning, headcount accuracy, parking pass management, documenting visitors and deliveries, and providing customer and worker support with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to maximize safety and site success. Must be licensed or able to obtain licensing, perform under high-pressure conditions, and communicate effectively in English; tech-forward mindset with SOP-driven execution and flexibility for ad hoc responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to pass drug screen, background check
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
- Proficient communication in English
- Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
