Job Summary
Access Control Officer on full-time night shifts, in-person at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area with potential nationwide travel. Core duties include worker registration and badging, badge compliance, parking management, visitor and delivery documentation, and providing customer and worker support for access-control-related tasks. Requires professional demeanor, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive mindset to ensure safety, security, and successful operations across construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Background check
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
- Proficient communication in spoken and written English
- Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
- Tech forward
- Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges
- Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members
