Job Summary
Access Control Officer responsible for worker registration and badging, parking management, and documenting visitors and deliveries across Sitemetric job sites. Work directly with senior leadership to uphold site security requirements, maintain accurate headcount records, and provide general support for access-control-related tasks. Requires in-person work at one or more local job sites with possible travel across the United States; duties include documenting and verifying credentials, assisting customers and workers, and performing ad hoc access-control responsibilities to ensure safety and a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to pass drug screen, background check
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
- Proficient communication in spoken and written English
- Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
- Tech forward
- Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
- Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility
