Job Summary
Access Control Officer I on in-person construction-site roles: oversee worker registration and badging, ensure badge compliance and accurate headcounts, manage parking, document visitors and deliveries, and provide broad support across access-control activities. Works directly with senior leadership, on-site at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area, with possible travel throughout the United States. Requires professionalism, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a customer-focused mindset to maximize site safety and security. Compensation starts at $18/hour, benefits include health/dental/vision insurance for full-time, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environment
- Background check and drug screen required
- Active pursuit of education through college or trade school (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) (preferred)
- Construction or industrial experience (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the United States (travel may be required)
