Job Summary
Design and implement scalable security technology solutions that align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure. Lead system upgrades, shape technical solutions, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance at every level. Review and refine vendor SOWs, technical designs, and cost estimates to drive quality, efficiency, and accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong engineering outcomes from concept through execution. Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize electronic security platforms with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach. Research emerging technologies, support Global Security & Surveillance initiatives, and maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across all projects. This role requires a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, 5+ years with integrated electronic security systems, and relevant certifications. Base salary ranges from 103,700.00 to 129,600.00 USD.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years with integrated electronic security systems or 3+ years in pre-sales engineering/support
- Ability to obtain a state gaming license
- Travel as needed (10–15%)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CPP, Genetec)
- Experience with networking, IP configuration, or related technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word)
- Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam
- Experience with CCTV/video surveillance
