Job Summary
Screen employees and visitors to ensure only authorized individuals enter buildings. Conduct interior and exterior inspections, protect equipment, and control access to property. Escort and interact with public, government personnel, employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism. Maintain poise under stress and assist emergency personnel as needed. Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English. Complete all required training, obtain permits, licenses, certifications, and security clearances for the site. Maintain compliance with federal law regarding identity verification and employment eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid state driver's license
- No history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
- Successfully complete all training and obtain all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site

- Prior military, civilian, access control, or security guard experience
