Job Summary
Conduct outgoing calls to credit customers to collect outstanding payments according to SOP and regulation. Resolve disputes while ensuring customer concerns are addressed properly and notifying all relevant parties. Update account status and database regularly to support effective implementation of collection strategies. Achieve monthly targets for RM collected, percentage of accounts paid, and installment or arrears payments. Work on a selected Saturday schedule to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Earn high commission based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Possess minimum SPM qualification
- Able to work with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Self-motivated
- Willing to work on selected Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Have minimum one year of experience as debt collector preferred but not compulsory
- Excellent communication skills
- A sense of urgency
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
