Job Summary
Access Center Coordinator for Lifeline Vascular Care in Ypsilanti, MI. Verifies insurance eligibility, obtains PCP referrals and authorizations, schedules patient appointments, coordinates the patient intake process, and provides administrative support to the center. Responsibilities include accurate demographic entry, billing coordination with ROPS, appointment reminders and no-show tracking, and serving as liaison between physicians and referring facilities. Strong emphasis on front-desk duties, patient registration, and community education in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with no nights or weekend shifts; benefits package includes Health/Dental/Vision, life and disability insurance, FSA or HSA, 401(k) match, paid holidays and PTO. Requirements include at least 1 year of healthcare experience and ability to verify insurance and process authorizations; EEO employer.
