Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children via face-to-face contact or telehealth. Perform psychological, emotional, and sociological assessments while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate data entry and utilize computer skills for database management. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm with occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation participation at the Grand Rapids location.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist
- be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three months of hire
- Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed or limited licensed bachelor's social worker
- be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three months of hire

Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker preferred
- Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
- Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed bachelor's social worker
