Job Summary
Conduct legal reviews and risk analysis for contracts across client projects, supporting proposal stages with commercial condition assessments. Negotiate contract terms with clients and internal stakeholders while coordinating with relevant departments. Disseminate contract conditions to project teams and manage rule adherence for document and change management. Identify operational challenges and advise on risk reduction strategies, including the execution of preventive measures. Collaborate with the sales legal and corporate legal departments to ensure compliance and smooth business operations.
Required Qualifications
- 契約法や関連法規の知識
- 契約を扱った3年以上の経験
- 法務部門での職務経験
- 営業・調達プロジェクト管理業務などの領域における企業間取引の交渉経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- TOEIC650点以上
- 業務または学生時に英語使用経歴があること
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
