Job Summary
Review Japanese contracts and legal documents for suppliers, clients, and internal tools from perspectives of the Civil Code, Intellectual Property Law, and data privacy. Manage subsidiary support tasks including information updates and standard board resolution drafts. Execute additional legal and compliance duties as assigned based on team workload and capabilities. This role operates within Accenture's Global Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics department, requiring basic business English and experience in contract review.
Required Qualifications
- 大卒以上
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- TOEIC 600点以上の基本的なビジネス英語力
- 法律関連の知識（例：ロースクール卒業、企業法務経験）
- 企業の法務部門や法律事務所等での契約審査業務2年以上の勤務経験
