Job Summary
Conduct deal shaping, review, and drafting for Accenture client business cases, including negotiation and compliance support across personal data, IP, labor, and competition laws. Lead contract risk analysis and mitigation from the initial business stage through to dispute resolution for high-complexity projects involving AI, cloud, IoT, M&A, and global IT systems. Collaborate with business and management teams to propose solutions, while delivering legal education to internal departments and managing knowledge assets like guidelines and checklists. Support junior members and execute domestic and overseas legal activities within the global legal team.
Required Qualifications
- 大卒以上
- 企業の法務部門または法律事務所での契約書のレビュー、作成、交渉実務の経験7~10年程度
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：TOEIC 700点以上

- IT関連ビジネス&コンサルティングビジネスの経験・関心
- ITシステム開発、AI、クラウド、RPA、IoT、セキュリティー、BPO等への関心
- ITシステム開発・運用案件、ソフトウェア関連案件、アウトソーシング案件、AI案件、IoT案件、クラウド案件、RPA案件、SaaS案件、M&A案件、JV案件、PMI案件、個人情報関連案件、知的財産権関連案件等に関する法務業務経験
- 外資系企業の日本法人又はグローバル・ビジネスを展開する日本企業での勤務経験
- ジュニアメンバーの指導・育成経験(社内プロジェクトでのリーダー経験等も可)
- 積極性、協調性、柔軟性、責任感、バランス感覚がある
- 常に新たなことを学習して吸収して成長する意欲
- 弁護士資格があれば尚可(国内外問わず)
