Job Summary
Senior Product Designer for Sanofi's Accelerator team in Paris, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Design end-to-end digital healthcare experiences, collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and CX partners to translate user and business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, contribute to UX consistency and design systems, and support research and testing activities within an agile environment. Requires a strong portfolio in product/design craft, effective cross-team collaboration, and English proficiency. Salary to €48,000-€64,000 annually before adjustments; located in Paris with hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/Interaction/Visual design craft
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering
- Experience in Agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with modern prototyping and design workflows
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable ecosystems
