Accelerator Research & Development Manager

Design and implement the superconducting accelerator, actively coordinating staff on Niowave's unique two-pass system. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and staff experience. Model a positive learning environment to enable synergy among team members. This role encompasses leadership, subject matter expertise, and operational excellence within the accelerator research and development function.
