Job Summary
Own and drive the product vision, backlog, and roadmap for Manufacturing & Supply Chain use cases including planning, operations, quality, and performance. Design, deploy, and scale AI-powered features and agents such as decision-support tools and optimization agents while integrating them into daily Product Ownership workflows. Deliver measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, adoption, service levels, quality, and ROI by leading backlog prioritization focused on value and industrial realities. Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data, and AI teams while ensuring compliance with GxP, data integrity, and AI governance requirements. Act as a role model for AI-augmented Product Ownership by coaching peers and partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or regulated environments
- Technical background as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer
- Proven experience building or operating AI-powered products and agents
- Hands-on use of modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, agent frameworks)
- Strong understanding of industrial systems (ERP, MES, QMS, planning tools)
- Fluent English
- 60% office based, 40% remote
- Fulltime (CDI)
