Job Summary
Design and deliver full stack functionality to rebuild the legacy platform with feature parity and modern architecture using React, .NET, and SQL. Translate specifications and business scenarios into working software while actively participating in JADx sessions to clarify workflows and identify edge cases. Analyze legacy applications to understand validations, dependencies, and hidden complexity, then contribute to a modular, cloud-ready architecture that supports maintainability and effective deployment. Make sound implementation decisions independently, optimize relational database schemas and SQL queries, and utilize AI-assisted development tools for coding and refactoring. Collaborate with engineering leadership, peers, and QA to deliver in a fast-iteration environment, mentor junior team members, and maintain strong standards for code structure and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript (JS)
- Strong SQL skills, including schema understanding, querying, and effective use of relational databases such as SQL Server
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Developing solutions using Microservices architecture
- Excelling in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Managing API integrations and RESTful services
- Navigating complex software development projects with analytical thinking
- Proven ability to deliver across frontend, backend, integration, and application runtime concerns
- Up to 20% travel
