Job Summary
Senior Associate HCP Engagement Specialist to act as the point of contact for HCPs, HCOs, patients and stakeholders across onboarding, contracting, travel logistics, invoicing and post-engagement support. Responsibilities include facilitating offline contract execution, reviewing redline requests, addressing complex inquiries with care, handling travel questions with providers and travel agencies, reconciling expenses, and ensuring compliance along with adopting automation tools. The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare provider engagements, a strong grasp of HCP/HCO engagement compliance, experience with contracting templates and redlines, proficiency in Excel and CRM/HCP software, and excellent English communication. Up to 20% travel; external expert and stakeholder-facing position emphasizing professionalism and white-glove service.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience within healthcare provider engagements
- Strong understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
- Experience with contracting using templates and supporting redline requests
- Familiarity with advanced Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRMs
- Strong English language spoken, reading comprehension and writing skills
