Job Summary
Lead the development and deployment of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation within the Tax practice. Manage software engineering projects, confirming alignment with client needs while designing, coding, and testing applications using Python and JavaScript. Oversee application development and lifecycle management, implementing CI/CD practices to streamline releases and conduct code reviews to maintain standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and apply systems thinking to address underlying problems. Coach and mentor team members, directing groups through complex situations with composure while engaging clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback. Promote enterprise application architecture and drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Up to 20% travel
