Job Summary
Conduct financial statement audits to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal controls. Apply auditing methodologies to assess governance and risk management processes, analyzing transactions to identify potential misstatements. Review and verify financial documents while collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value. Develop technical accounting skills through continuous learning and adapt to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional License (Título or Cédula Profesional)
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Must provide an official Letter of Completion issued by the University confirming that all academic and social service requirements are complete (if degree/license pending)
- Final Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License must be submitted to the firm's HC department within 12 months as of effective start/hire date
